Project Left in Disarray After Previous Partner DepartureThe Sitefinity project for a large university in Abu Dhabi had reached a state of failure following the exit of the previous development partner. The platform suffered from multiple unresolved issues spanning RSS feeds, responsive design, program finder functionality, navigation, and general stability.Broken Functionality Across Key Platform AreasRSS feeds contained language encoding problems and rendered items incorrectly. The program finder - a critical tool for prospective students - was difficult to use and lacked proper linking to external content. Navigation had broken clickable areas, faulty menu links, and problematic page transitions.Responsive Design and URL Structure FailuresThe website was not fully responsive, with font rendering issues, layout inconsistencies, and broken search on mobile and other devices. URL redirects were not functioning correctly, and the overall URL structure required rewriting to meet required standards.
